My aunts husband is doing terrible. Now my aunt is sounding depressed. My uncle is going over to the hospital to sit with her. We will be there tommorow and my mom plans on going over to the hospital too.

November is such a cursed month. I lost my grandma November 9th 2006, a friend November 2010, my dad November 2014, this aunts husband lost his mom also on November 9th 2021. November is the worst.

I think I finally found a way of eating that actually works for me. Where I'm not restricting. And not eating a ton of junk. And not eating foods that upset my stomach. So far its worked out well.
