Thanks, I found "When OK Just isn't Enough" by Hemerling. This book has a chapter on what makes people jealous and how to recognize it.

I was actually asking because I'm on the other end of jealousy. Yes, it's poisonous, for both parties. I don't like to see relationships ending over jealousy.
