i think you would. having enough sleep everyday resets our body and thats why you feel fresh the next day. it improves mental clarity, your productivity, health, among more other things. i do not personally recommend sleeping pills, but try meditating, or listen to some slow music. there are some apps that are build for sleeping, and there are stories of all the kinds with slow and dragged voices, that you can put on low volume and listen to. these apps really worked for me at one point in my life. may be you are not being able to sleep because your mind isnt at rest. and calming it is the best way to fall asleep.
