I feel horrible after 3 hours sleep or less, a bear with a sore head. And I'd like to bite that ''professional'' who tried to stop my benzos with a ''you can function on 3 hours sleep'' and ''warned'' me about something awful. I don't think I'll live as long as that, I sure hope not And she said it as if it was imminent. Or definite. What a jerk. I can read, surprisingly enough and have read the side effects and ''risks'' of benzos as well as seroquel (and other). It would actually be more likely to happen if I regularly have far too little sleep. Oh no another rant, sorry
