So I went back to him yesterday and I got the stiches and dressing removed. It is very uncomfortable and still bleeding. He told me that was normal and he told me to brush the area with these perio brushes. But every time I do it bleeds like I broke up a clot and breaks up any heeling that was going on. I don't remember this advice last time. I was told to "leave it alone" and so I am trying to clean the area being careful.

But the entire area is very painful and uncomfortable and still bleeding. I mean that seems concerning to me.

I have serious doubts about this whole thing and honestly cannot eat outside my house because even if I eat on the other side food gets lodged in the wound and I have to clean it out. I also worry it isn't going to heal because of having to disturb it every time I eat.

I truely think he messed up the dressing and the dressing right up against the gum made it so that area didn't heal. But if the dressing had been over the teeth the area would have been protected and have room to clot and heal.
