Here are a couple of sites that provide housing for those living with schizophrenia. I am assuming that is what SA stands for? Even if it is some other mental illness, you should still qualify for help.

These two sites sound like they are a group home style of living, which might be right up your alley.
If you have a mental health team, they may also be able to help you get into some type of assisted living.
