So I discovered a way I'll have my Instant Breakfasts. One a day, maybe one and a half if I'm feeling like sucking up to S. No protein powder, like S wants. In hot water so it's like hot chocolate, instead of in milk (like S wants), with a tsp. of dash of french vanilla creamer. I had a scoop of peanut butter yesterday too.
