I have a hard time even getting the recommended amounts of 1G per KG of weight. (about 100gs). I suppose someone could really over do it with supplements but I find it difficult to even get close to what thy recommend. This is the book / doctor

Sadly, however, I just got notified that I will have to return to work and won't be able to work from home any longer. I swear the universe just wants me unhealthy. I am hopeful I can still do 1 or 2 days per week at home but it will be infrequent.
