Flossed and brushed yesterday.

The bathroom on our second floor is finally finished, so now I don't have the excuse that it's a pain to go down 2 flights of stairs to brush. I'm going to make a concentrated effort to brush, post this last dental checkup, like I did with flossing after the preceding visit. I also have the prescription mouthwash that I have to use. Stopping the gum itching will also be good motivation.
