I've been playing phone tag with the ICBC claims adjuster for a week or so now. On her most recent message, she advised me that the other driver has been found at fault for the accident, which is a huge relief. I will wait until I get it in writing to fully relax, however. I'll try and call her again in the morning on Monday. I tried to call her today but she didn't answer.
