I don't have much to say that helps the eating disorder but I did find shoes that are designed for plantar fascitis and that have pretty much cured mine in the last 4 months. They are Aertrex brand and I will warn you they are expensive ($139). I found them by searching women's sneaker plantar fascitis on Zappos and it did not fail me. That is so painful; I hope you can get some relief. Now I don't even have pain with my first steps in the morning. Much better than my stupid custom orthotics I TOLD them was causing it.
