I finally received confirmation today that the other driver was found 100% at fault for my recent accident. I am relieved as this means my insurance rates won't go up. I don't even care about the damage, it's just some scraped paint on my vehicle which is an old pickup truck, not exactly in pristine condition anyways. I was worrying about this a lot since the accident. I don't think I'm going to even bother getting repairs done, as the minor cosmetic damage doesn't affect the safety or drivability of my truck at all.
