My suggestion... getting rid of sugar (keto) really helped any pain I had. Honestly google it. There are a lot of Keto foods that also help you eat foods you like but don't increase sugar. Sugar for me bothers everything. When I have to go to work I abstain from sugar and it helps me not suffer.

Thanks Natalie— honestly, I don’t have a sweet tooth, but I will definitely admit that sugar gets snuck into a lot of foods that you wouldn’t expect. I will keep a look out for sugar in foods I wouldn’t expect to be sugary.
