How many reviews total does the place have? If it's under 10, I'm not sure I'd put much stock in them. The other thing is, people are much more likely to post a bad review than a good one (well, depending on what it is, I guess). Or one like "Well, it was fine." Were they just stars, or were there written reviews? If written ones, then I'd see what they're saying. If they all say a similar thing, I'd put more stock in it, depending on what that is. I'm just thinking how I've been to some (medical) doctors that had a bunch of bad ratings, and I was totally fine with them. And there have been others that everyone rates well that I disliked.
However, if it's an hour to a really good one, then I think it would be worth the 10 or so extra minutes each way.
I guess it also depends on what your insurance covers, like you said. Hope you can find one that works for you.
