Somehow, you will have to change this situation. A little. I know it’s hard when you suffer from social anxiety. But, it’s the way to keep you alive and sticked to Earth.
Try little trips where you can discover new things or things you like: Landscapes, new streets, go to a new shop or take a coffee somewhere new. (This is already a big step when you have social anxiety since for example sitting outside to eat or drink in public is not easy for us). But, when you arrive home you will feel kind of fulfilness money can’t buy.
If you don’t have the strength to do it for now, don’t get angry at yourself. You don’t deserve it. Only, make plans to do it as soon as you get some energy.
