Hi @Wrestle -welcome to MSF. I am sorry you are being criticized for the challenges that make your life more isolated than others may think it should be.
Congratulate yourself on the progress you have made. That is admirable. Others find it easy to criticize you but you are doing the best you can. Try to keep doing self care.
Not knowing much about your lifestyle and abilities, I can only say that exercise, eating healthy and doing mindfulness help me to cope with multiple challenges in my life. @CANDC
