It’s funny because just yesterday I followed a piece of advise I read a couple of days ago related to how is a healthy nap. You know, one of those that explains the duration, the moment in the day, the settling of environment conditions and I was shocked when I read that taking a cup of coffee before the nap helps. I tried it yesterday and I fell into my short nap right away.
I don’t know why but it works out. Never tried it to sleep at night though.
