I hope, at least, people around you understand.
Have you ever practised Mindfulness. I’m asking from the un knowledge. I don’t know if it works out for people who find so hard to focus.
I know it works for me with all these about having lots of things in mind at the same time. Intrusive thoughts and things like that.
