Ugh. I just got off the phone with VSP (I get my eye insurance through the marketplace), and they are ****ing MORONS. Christ! All I wanted to do was add my daughter to my plan since she's having some vision issues and may need glasses, and I was transfered to like twenty people and had to literally SCREAM at machines (because I was getting so pissed) until I was finally able to add her.

THEN I realized I gave them the wrong ****ing birth date for her (she was born 10/10/11. I keep on thinking she was born 10/11/11), and had to call back and go through the same process all over again!!!

And I don't know if it's because I'm high on seroquel or tired or what but I had to scream in order for people to understand me it felt like.

Don't know.
