I haven't been too hungry since cutting back on my Topamax. Which seems backwards but it does seem to be working. I also got my brain back and I can talk to people again. I still am doing fine without meat.
Theres this good brand of gluten free mac and chese that I like even though I'm not gluten free. Its called Banza and its made with chickpeas. I don't know if its any healthier then regular mac and cheese, but it tastes better. Then theres Annies vegan pumpkin and lentil mac and cheese which is good.
Don't eat Daiya unless you truly are vegan or just like it for some reason. Their vegan pizzas are ok but not the mac and cheese.
