Another personal training session. Still exploratory, still a lot of time spent with the trainer explaining things, but I did some exercises, including one that is (I forgot the name) squatting with a barbell that is moving up and down a stand and then leg presses and the weight was 140 lbs. My legs got tired.
Then I did 44 mins on a recumbent bike, alternating higher and lower resistance. It is a fancy bike with many workouts and RunTV. One of the workouts I did today showed a video as if I had been biking in a national park in Virginia (I forgot which one) in the fall. Beautiful, stunning foliage! And I was glad it was on screen and I did not actually bike there, because I would have been afraid of cars. There were some cars.
The top of my thighs are pleasantly tired now. I wonder if I will feel sore when I wake up tomorrow.
