This time around I'm seen very frequently entering food into my tracker and I'm losing that weight. Whatever works I guess as long as it is safe.
I’ve also found intuitive eating works for me - calorie counting is actually triggery for me as I had an eating disorder when I was young, it takes my brain down a route I don’t want to go down.
