Three activities this evening:
- Yin yoga for 60 mins. It's yoga for the connective tissue. Second time at this studio but today there was a different teacher. She is fantastic, what can I say. I plan to go every Friday.
- 44 mins on the recumbent bike at the gym, all while looking at that Virginia national park on video and listening to music by Tchaikovsky. Serene. Did not work up sweat or got my heart rate up, but did increase resistance to work my lega.
- 22 mins a recumbent elliptical. Could have continued but the gym closed.
Now I am hungry.
