For my twin and many other survivors of abuse, this is a very bad day.
I wanted to just say that we are all survivors and everytime a day like this happens I take the opportunity to blow a raspberry at the past as if to say "hah, i am safe now".
Yes there are still nightmares and other bad stuff but i try to make all that bad stuff look silly.
because we are safe now.
