If you are on the forum page (when you first open the forum, where all the lists of different bits of the forum are listed, when you first open the site) it does say the username if the member on ignored was the last person to post in a section

so it'll say the section name (relationships, for example) and it'll show the last thread that got posted in, then it'll say a username
