I haven't found a good balance of meds yet, but therapy has been a life saver for me on more than a few occasions. I figure even if I do find a good balance of meds I'm going to want to have a t on board and ready to help out when things get rocky becuase inevitably they are going to get rocky again. I can't tell you specifically how CBT and bipolar disorder go together but I know that I am grateful for my t and it's probably the only thing keeping me sane through all the medication changes and what-not.
