I paid $20 for the yearly premium version of the Lose It! App. The free version just wasn't enough for me and $20 was a half off special. I also started using my Garmin smartwatch again and I started intermittent fasting. Which I actually did last night. I'm doing 4PM-4AM based on my general lifestyle habits. Meds and sleep mainly. Idk. The Lose It App is worth looking into. I know its been mentioned other places on this site.
I'm still drinking soda though.
