I remember being young and carefree

We had our beach chairs on the edge of the water, it was an overcast day for about 6 hours...Went home, changed into my cotton Wendys uniform, thought I was fine because it was overcast right??? Wrong, pain...lots of pain...layered with a heavy uniform..Ouch...

Now, I'm older and a tiny bit wiser. Only stay outside for small periods at a time with Sunscreen slathered all over me.
