@DeeeSchmeee68 I am sorry you are finding things challenging. The mind is always changing and the more we are aware of it the more we can feel the feelings that are buried in there due to previous experiences.
I am finding that stretching and yoga helps me ground the energy. Adrienne has yoga and 5 minute Tai Chi has fun movements that help me too. Both are free and on youtube.
Have you considered professional help or a support group?
