<font color="green"> although it is scary and hard it is also so good to KNOW the truth. So much of my past is lost in the past. My only proof is in my emotions and in the healing I am slowly finding in dealing with it. Take is slow and gentle with yourself, hard as it may be to believe you have already lived through the worst of it.   </font>
