Hi @Fluttrbye. I am sorry you are grieving. That must be a rough circumstance to go through because grief keeps coming up.

There is a temporary AI Helpful Info, not a therapist, named DocSam but they are only here till January 1 but I found them very informative. Go here https://mysupportforums.org/doc-sam/ and in the bottom of the page click into the chat box that says "Hi! Welcome to Not Therapy. I'm not a therapist, but you can call me Doc Sam. To get started, it would be helpful to know what brings you to me today? Please tell me a little bit about yourself and your situation." and type a message and hit enter.

DocJohn, founder of this site, advises about an app for your smartphone that might be of benefit.
