Crazy Hitch. Stick to between 1000 to 1400 calories per day (measure out EVERYTHING) and you'll lose weight. I also had a zero fat diet. My diet mainly consisted of: beans, rice, peas, tofu, unsweetened almond milk, oatmeal (sweetened with stevia) and bran cereal. Boring I know. I was also doing roughly 800 sit-ups per day and 150 jumping jacks. And I was drinking a ton of water.
Anyway, so you'll lose weight.
