I can't find it either, not that I'd mind shirts with cats or kittens, I have a couple! I haven't worn heels in decades and can't now, except for one low-heeled pair but it's for a dressy occasion, of which I am not going to so far.
Anyway this is proof of "just Google it" as people say doesn't always give you what you want! Maybe it's a term from an earlier time?
