Today I was doing good until I took my AM topamax. Then I got anxious. Now I'm somewhere in between being ok and needing my last valium. But I'm not franticly anxious the way I was before I ate. Mood wise I've been ok
Now I have this weird sort of feeling of calmness and peacefullness and I don't feel all on edge. Its like a sorta high feeling.
Did not eating meat mess me up that much?

I'm vegetarian (was vegan, but started eating yogurt again). I haven't eaten any meat in ten years. The thought of eating meat repulses me now. I went through a phase where I thought I'd start eating eggs again, but it didn't last long because I thought they were gross. And I had a couple bites of quiche over Christmas to make my husband's mom happy, so I had eggs and cheese (it was gross. I don't like cheese either).
I wouldn't think not eating meat would mess you up that much. Are you taking a multivitamin? I'd recommend taking a multivitamin.
Everyone is different though.
