That's hard. I'm sorry you are struggling. Have you tried writing down what is going on before and after the ED type behaviors? That might help you figure out what triggered the behavior to begin with so you can work to change that.
Maybe journal some and find out what's going on. I'm always surprised at what comes out when I'm journaling, whether I am aware of writing or not. It really helps to not only understand but also just to get it out of the brain.

I dissociate pain a lot so usually my struggle is knowing when something is bad enough to get looked at. The body here doesn't feel "owned" so a lot of things are disregarded. I think it's a good thing that you can feel the pain from the sting and the sugar. A good friend of mine says pain lets us know we are alive and what we need to work on.
