I haven’t taken topamax but it was one of the drugs they considered for my migraines, I’ve since read about the link to cognitive dysfunction and even possibly dementia. I would refuse this drug with this knowledge and urge anyone on it to carefully research the long term effects.

It scares me what irreversible long term effects many medications can have.
