My doctor wants me to go off my prestiq. Be totally off 100mil in 6 weeks. How hard will this be?

He also wants me to stop my 200mil Lamictal cold turkey

Hes trying to get me on Wellbutrin instead and says I need to come off some other meds before I can go on it. I said I'd try anything but my Geodon.

Does anyone have any insight or suggestiom?
