I feel ok. I'm not even tired.... I just want hot chocolate right now mainly.
My blood pressure is 113/86 and my pulse is in the 80s. I took the melatonins 45 minutes ago.
Idk. My body just crapped out completly when it came to melatonin. It doesn't do a thing one way or the other.
