Well they came round and seemed to like it ... they saw it on the net and decided to view, they weren't even thinking of moving until they saw this cottage so they still have to sell theirs, they loved the old features - Victorian fireplace and floorboards etc ... so fingers crossed i guess ... not holding my breath but ya never know
