History is gloriously filled with such predictions,,hundreds,,if not thousands of them. Books of many types and now computers are used in rationalizing the latest revelation..many Faiths have posed these moments of appocolypse as have various cults throughout human history...

Many folks are convinced,,then disappointed,,then convinced again...and each time some mistake of math is realized and the new prediction is now considered Truth...
