The cognitive decline symptoms of my depression are showing up. I bought oil for my car without checking the label for what type I was getting. I know better and of course it was just a mistake but a costly one since I had to get an oil change to get the oil drained before it did whatever the wrong oil does.


Could have been worse, I might have not noticed but still frustrating. The small benefit was that I got someone else to put air in my tires, inside and without the wind blowing. I was really dreading that.

Now I just want to go to sleep. I am so cold. Again, could be so much worse. I have heat and a house and those are great blessings. And soon it will be warmer.
