Me.
IDK whether it's the beginning of a pain flare (haven't had physical therapy for nearly 2 weeks) or if I caught something while at the MDs last week.
While I was driving the go buggy at Publix grocery store this afternoon, my body about seized up. Had terrible trouble lifting anything more into the basket, and great difficulty standing up to get into the car and drive home.
Of course the clerks are used to helping me already, so that wasn't an issue. I've been in bed since I got back home and put the refrigerator'd stuff up... Pray that Caleb will cooperate too... he has been a gem taking a "nap" at the same time with me this afternoon...but I sure need him to not be bouncy wanting to play tonight!
I'm running a 3 1/2 degree fever, and it my pain medicine is not helping. I could take the extra med, but am concerned that the MD won't be giving me any in the future, and I really need it when the vertebraes go out farther than normal.
I haven't been wearing my wrist splints, since my MD doesn't want me to. So my hands were first to begin spasming. I also slipped on the tile (took too large of a step and lost control) and that pulled, well you know how that feels...ham string etc but also put my back out more.
So in addition to feeling the all over pain and aching and muscle spasming, and the fever, I have large areas of localized increased pain (hands/wrists/ shoulders/neck jaw low back, legs/feet/ankles. )
I'm drinking even more liquids, which means I'm up more often for that too.
I'm stiffening up due to lack of stretching... can't even do regular stretching I do have PT tomorrow.
I also have to return to the MD tomorrow to pick up the scripts for blood work and such.
I also have to see the DMD because the build up of the back teeth to hold my jaw in place didn't work this time, and also one of my veneers have broken completely off... this can account for the neck, shoulder and jaw issues.
So then I pt. pain T, dentist, and MD and I can hardly get out of bed!

Thanks for warm wishes (I know you're sending them.
