I deleted all my posts going back 10 years on Facebook and emptied the recycle bin too so it is all gone as much as anything can be gone. It was a bit triggering but I kept focused and got it done. I think I’m going to disable my account next. I might eventually delete it altogether but that could be tricky for contact purposes.
