110% yes.
IME, even counselors don't seem to push much for accountability in disordered people. Maybe they figure it's pointless, but it leaves the destruction in the wake largely unresolved
The only people who often seem to have to take accountability are the ones who've already taken on too much responsibility and accountability in the situation. I get the "I can only change myself" thing, but it's truly like being doubly victimized at times.
