Glad you have the online therapist. My own self care also includes adrienne's complete beginner yoga and five minute tai chi as well as walking and eating healthy.

Thank you @CANDC hopefully I have done this correctly. It's been hard I think the hardest part for me is realizing that my husband may never be the same as he used to be. I feel like part of me is still in denial. I have Mild Cerebal Palsy.

My self care is eating healthy, tapping, journaling and excercise walking, bicycling.
