Wow...I have been on wellbutrin for years and often at the 450 level. I have not seen any studies that show an improvement with the higher dose of 600. That sure is a lot. However, sometimes, doctors know things we don't. I have read some research, but I am sure there are studies out there that I don't know about. Do you trust your doctor to make that call for you?
