(((muffy)))
Thank you for this thoughtful, encouraging thread.
There are wonderful people in this world who would do anything to help others.
If we see it with our own eyes, we do understand this.
Perhaps some of us had Grandparents or family like this.
Or a friend. Or neighbors who helped each other after tragedy struck.
Sometimes, fear cuts people off. As we know from here, it happens to the best of us.
The good thing is, it takes a small act of kindness to get back in the game.
That is what is so encouraging about your thread and the responses on it.
No matter how anyone is feeling, even a road rager can make room for the ambulance to pass in silence. We can all do a part to help the whole.
We are in a state of recovery, as a nation. Our cities are too, with economical difficulties. There is something for everyone to do to pitch in. How about those who lost everything in the floods and fires, and tornadoes recently? There are people in need of clothing, etc. so, if it's on your heart, find out where to donate in your community to the new victims and they may even come and pick up your contributions.
Nothing is too small, even a saucepan, says 'you care'.
Thanks for sharing Muffy ... and I hope your daughter smiles at you in person shortly.
love and peace,
night
