(and an aromatherapy tip - spray around the place with 'rosemary' as it has an appealing scent. a sales tip, still used today by a very famous fashion designer who would lightly dust this on chairs of buyers coming to her shows, and btw, her clothes are everywhere. it has to be natural, not synthetic if you are going to use a spray. and no, it's not witchcraft, lol, to inquiring minds ... it's aromatherapy)

your place is lovely, i wish i could grab it ... have you thought about putting an ad in NY Times or Washington Post ... you know, where people need a place abroad? just a thought. You could ask for more, i'm thinking, if you offer it to that market ... i'm not sure ... anyway ... good luck!
