50 mg Benadryl
10 mg melatonin
600 mg gabapentin
The ambian helps me fall asleep and the gabapentin helps me stay asleep and I’m not sure about the otc meds but my doctors know about them and encourage me to keep taking them as even with this cocktail my sleep is iffy.
