Oh this is bad news that Seroquel stopped working... stronger than even Seroquel for sleep? For me, only Zyprexa, but it comes with so many bad side effects metabolically as you have learned for yourself.

Regarding Benadryl and hydroxyzine: my pdoc told me that anticholinergics could increase the risk of dementia. I then read up on it online and saw material to that effect. If they help you, I can see favoring them despite those troublesome long-term side effects (don't we all put up with side effects to plainly survive??!), but since they do not help you, it is probably just as well that you are not on them long-term.

PS Maybe you will have better luck with Lybalvi than with regular Zyprexa? Maybe try it for a little bit and if you start gaining weight, stop immediately? I know @HALLIEBETH87 likes her Lybalvi.
